1990 Aston Martin Lagonda Series Four

Delivered on 24th May 1990 to its first owner, a Mrs J B Brooks of Saviour, Guernsey, chassis number ‘13643’ is the third from last Aston Martin Lagonda built and the only series four to be delivered in Rolls Royce Royal Blue. This wonderful example enjoyed maintenance by Aston Martin Lagonda for the first eight years of its life. Mrs Brooks had specified the car with blue-piped Connolly Parchment hide with leather-bound blue Wilton carpet, lambswool over-mats and a Champagne suede headlining. It also comes complete with a three-piece, body colour embossed luggage set. 

In 1998 the car was sold at which time Aston Martin Lagonda prepared it for UK mainland registration on behalf of H R Owen. Over the next twenty five years, three further owners assumed stewardship of the car, with the penultimate owners entering it into multiple Aston Martin Owners Club concours events where it achieved several class wins. Since 2015 this Lagonda has formed part of an extensive private collection that features numerous Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes and more. It has been maintained by Aston Martin Works in that time, their most recent full service bill (for £5,405), being issued in April 2023. The car retains its original handbooks and service books and is MOT’d to 15th May 2024.

According to Aston Martin Lagonda Limited, one hundred and six Lagonda Series four models were built, the right to left-hand drive split being thirty four and seventy two respectively. This beautifully appointed and exceptionally well sorted example of the ever special Lagonda offers the rare opportunity to own one of the very last and certainly very best.
