1975 Maserati Merak SS 

This beautiful example of the Maserati Merak SS was purchased new by Andy Leek of the Dexy Midnight Runners in the oh so stunning colour it still sports to this day, Verde Indy. 

This car has recently been subject to a comprehensive restoration with bills on file totalling in excess of £130,000. 

Part of the above work included an engine rebuild by renowned specialist Don Warman. 

Having been designed and launched during Citroen’s ownership of Maserati, the Merak employed the companies hydropneumatic system, the system in the case of this car works beautifully. 

The interior has been upholstered in red leather with green carpets and black dash covering. 

A wonderful example of a Merak SS, having benefitted from an enormous amount of attention in recent years.
